Gallery, an Urban Art Centre

Art & Music on Main St.

As community is made up of so many precious and diverse people, we are working to develop workshop series’ that appeal to everyone. We welcome your ideas for something you'd like to see here, or an idea that you'd be excited to deliver at the Edge.

Free Community Drop In Art Program

Studio 631 @ the Red Road Lodge
Tuesday and Thursdays 1pm – 9pm

Resident artists Lee and Annie have been facilitating a wonderful drop in art program out of the Ol’ Occidental Hotel for well over a year now. This program has magically transformed the once rough and tough Main Street Bar into a beautiful, safe and healthy environment that inspires creativity. Art supplies are available free to residents of the Main Street Community and anyone who wishes to create art that wouldn’t otherwise have the means to do so.

We encourage artists to come down and create in the space and be available to mentor and share their creative experiences with participants. Many of the participants are exceptionally gifted artists who we look forward to exhibiting at the Edge Gallery!
